Ashwini Patwardhan is a pioneering force in the PoSH ecosystem and the Founder of SARVAMFORPOSH FOUNDATION. With a strong foundation in Human Resources and years of diverse industry experience, she has transitioned into a purpose-led entrepreneur dedicated to workplace dignity and safety.

Recognized and empaneled by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, she is known for her insightful, practical, and deeply empathetic approach to PoSH implementation and awareness.

Her vision for SARVAMFORPOSH FOUNDATION is clear — to move beyond compliance and create sustainable behavioral transformation at every level of society.

Atul Patwardhan
